Syros Favorite beach

If I had to choose my favorite thing about Syros Island it would be this beach. I spent most of my time on the island there reading a book and going for swims (well if putting my toe in, jumping because it's too cold, turning around and going back to tan counts as a swim ).

I found this beach on the second day I got there when I went to look for the sunrise. It was a hidden cove where the waves crashed against the rocks, a little bit of paradise if you ask me. No one there only an old lady that became my friend eventually, even though she only spoke greek. The one thing I learned from my trip is that language does not matter. I can assure you I understood this old greek woman better than I understand these annoying Parisian people.

One advice if you ever want to go there: don't wear white shorts because you'll get your butt dirty and don't forget your book and a can of coke, you won't want to leave.

ps: here are the stairs you'll have to use to get down!
